Adults refer to animals or humans that have reached their full development. Within the human realm, adults refer to the social and legal aspects. Contrary to those who are that isn't considered an adult, or "minor" an legal adult is a person who has reached the age of majority making them self-sufficient as well as responsible and competent. As we enter our early adulthood the physical capabilities of our bodies are at their best which includes the strength of our muscles, our reaction speed sensors, as well as cardiac functioning.
